Customer need

The British bank Barclays organized a professional meeting in Paris in June 2024.

The meeting took place at the Club de la chasse et de la nature, a French institution dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of hunting and nature conservation, founded in 1964 by François and Jacqueline Sommer.

Barclays’ events division called on Culturevent to create the right musical atmosphere for the evening, as it had already done a few years ago.

Culturevent’s answer

First of all, Culturevent met with the customer and received his brief in English, because we know how to conduct this kind of precise discussion in French and English. After studying the customer’s needs, the course of their event, and the constraints of the venue, we submitted a selection of artists with varied styles suited to the refined entertainment of a reception where guests enjoy sharing their thoughts.

The artists selected were then contracted. But Culturevent’s work doesn’t stop there: our customers expect excellence, so we have to meet their needs, and make sure that the artists meet those expectations and that the logistics run smoothly.

We’re delighted that the evening was a success, and that not only the customer, but also the venue, were very pleased with the service.
